Todays workforce is experiencing job burnout and stress in epidemic proportions. Workers at all levels feel the demands of the workplace and home life has become too much to handle. The first part of this workshop will explore the harmful long-term effects of stress on our mental and physical health and provide suggestions for managing our individual stresses more effectively. Strategies may include changes in lifestyle, stress management techniques such as relaxation and exercise, and the use of music or humour as coping strategies.

What Participants Get
Each participant receives a workshop manual that serves as both an in-class activity book and a reference guide that can be used after the workshop to revise the concepts covered.
The workshop is highly interactive and uses the following learning techniques:
Team games to energise and break the ice
Questionnaires for self-diagnosis
Small and large group discussions for shared learning
Participants leave the workshop with a personal action plan on how they will implement some of the learnings and each receives a certificate of attendance.
